CahabaCreek Software announced the release of CahabaWorks Version 4.0 today. The focus of Version 4.0 is to address enhancements that customers have requested for CahabaWorks and to provide the foundation for the release of Child Check-In and Off-line Contribution Entry features. CahabaCreek software expects to release Check-In and Off-line Contribution Entry (as add-on features) in January 2010.
New Features in 4.0 include:

• Expanded member import data to include Member Type and Head of Household information.

• Batch Deposits may now include non-contribution deposits.

• Financials may be "locked" as of a particular date.
• Zero-balance funds and/or accounts may be marked "inactive" and hidden as of a particular date.
