Login Errors

Getting Started




 

Log In Errors you might see with CahabaProperty

1. USER Exception during User::Login(): Userid/Password invalid

You have typed an invalid User Name or Password. If you have not yet created new User Name and Passwords (or changed the administrator password), then be sure you are using “administrator” for the User Name and “admin” for the password (these ARE case sensitive). If you are using another user name and have forgotten your password, then the administrator can reset it.

If you have changed your administrator password and forgotten it, contact support@cahabacreek.com.

2. Please Start Server

CahabaProperty is not able to connect to the CahabaProperty service. The service is either not running, or something on your machine is blocking access to it. First, be sure you have booted your computer since you installed CahabaProperty. The most common reason for this errir is some security software on your machine is blocking access to TCP/IP ports, or another service on the machine is using the same ports that CahabaProperty uses (CahabaProperty does use the local networking software on your Windows machine to communicate to it’s services even if you are on the same machine).
